As the owner of an NCLH Our Great Cruise Comeback NFT, you have the right to display it for non-commercial purposes, and to sell or trade it to others through an appropriate online marketplace or otherwise (subject to any administrative and/or other applicable costs, taxes, or fees associated with such sale or trade). As explained further in the governing Terms of Ownership, ownership of an Our Great Cruise Comeback NFT does not provide any commercial use or republishing rights, and all other intellectual property rights associated with the NFTs will remain the exclusive property of NCLH and/or their respective owners.
