Whale Watch & Sunset Cruise
hrs Estimate Duration
Spend an afternoon searching for the humpback whales that migrate in winter to the warm waters of Hawaii to breed. You’ll join a certified marine naturalist for an opportunity to experience these fascinating marine mammals up close. Keep your eyes open and your cameras ready as the whales surface, slap their tails and spout water into the air. Your naturalist will interpret their behaviors, and will share with you the latest whale discoveries. Listen to their haunting songs through underwater hydrophones – a truly unforgettable experience.
The coastline takes on a magical glow as the sun slowly sinks in the west. Keep your eyes peeled for the green flash – the ray that might be visible on the horizon for a second or two just as the sun vanishes. Light appetizers and beverages will be served throughout the cruise. You’ll stop for shopping before returning to your ship.
