Skyrail, Kuranda & Cairns

Your adventure includes time at two mid-stations where you can learn more about this fascinating environment. At Red Peak Station, rangers will provide guided boardwalk tours while sharing their knowledge about the rainforest. The easy access walkways at Barron Falls station take you on three separate lookouts where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the gorge and waterfalls.

You'll proceed to Kuranda, a village nestled in the heart of the rainforest. Established as a railway station in the mid-1800s, today this colorful town offers markets, cafés, and restaurants. After a brief overview, you'll have some free time to further explore on your own. Enjoy scenic views on your return drive and a brief panoramic tour of Cairns.
