Will there be any information or instructions printed on my E-Docs?

Norwegian’s Priority Access icon, as below, will be printed on guest E-Docs so that pier staff can easily identify guests as priority check-in and direct them to the designated line.

Where do I check in on the pier?

Make your way to the check-in line with the Norwegian’s Priority Access banner.

What’s included in the program?

Priority Access Pass package includes the following amenities:

  • Priority Check-In and Boarding
  • Tender Priority When Applicable (Off the Ship)
  • Priority Debarkation (Homeport)
  • Daily Complimentary Standard Room Service Breakfast
  • $50 USD Spa Discount per person (Port Days Only)

What spa services can I book and when can I have the service done?

Offer is only valid for body massage and facial services of 50 minutes or more on port days.

How will I receive my Priority debarkation information?

Priority Luggage Tags will be delivered to guest staterooms. Guests will be asked if they wish to participate in ‘Easy Walk Off’ disembarkation and therefore disembark at their leisure, with their entire luggage without assistance, or choose from a selection of times to meet in a public lounge to be escorted ashore. Guests must be advised to look for their luggage with yellow tags.

How will I get my Priority Tender Tickets for tender ports?

Priority Tendering Information Letter will be sent to guest staterooms providing time and location to meet for early tender.

How much does it cost?

Package prices are set by cabin and on the number of days in the sailing:

  • 3 to 5 Days - $129 USD per cabin
  • 6 to 9 Days - $199 USD per cabin
  • 10 to 15 Days - $279 USD per cabin
  • 16+ Days - $329 USD per cabin

How do I receive and redeem my $50 USD Spa Discount?

Guests will receive $50 USD Spa Discount per person per stateroom (applied to spa treatments of all guests over the age of 18 years old on the reservation). Discount is only eligible for body massage and facial services of 50 minutes or more during port days. The guest letter will explain to make an appointment and sign for the services as normal.

How do I order the room service breakfast?

Complimentary delivery of standard room service breakfast will be provided to guest staterooms. Guest should use the existing room service order form located in the stateroom.

Can I use the spa discount towards other onboard services, or does it have a cash value?

Spa discount cannot be divided between multiple visits.Credit is only eligible for spa treatments scheduled during port days. Discount cannot be combined with other certificates and/or offers. Spa discount has no monetary value and is non-transferable, and may not be used toward on-board service charges, pre-purchased activities or foreign exchange transactions.

Can I request specific/certain Canapes?

No, as standard Canapes are distributed by day.

Can I cancel program when I get onboard?

No, program is non-refundable once onboard.

Late Checkout FAQs

What is the Late Checkout Program?

The program offers guests the opportunity to extend their vacation a bit longer and enjoy the available amenities onboard. This program is ideal for guests who have later departure flights and would rather not hang out at the airport.

What areas will be open and available for me to access?

This can vary depending on the ship, but several public areas will remain open on disembarkation day. You’ll have access to lounges, open decks, and other common spaces for you to enjoy. The buffet will be open for breakfast and lunch. A detailed letter will be delivered to your stateroom with specific hours and availability.

Where do I check in on disembarkation day?

You will receive a letter in your stateroom with information on where to meet and other important details.

How does the crew know that I am a part of the Late Checkout program?

You will receive a temporary guest pass, which includes a lanyard and key card. This must be worn visibly around the neck of all times, so crew members can easily identify that you are authorized to remain onboard during the extended hours.

On which sailings is Late Checkout available?

Late Checkout is offered on select European sailings. If you’re on a non European sailing, this service may not be available.

How and when do I add the Late Checkout package to my reservation?

You can add this package by calling 866-625-1167 after you’ve booked your cruise. It’s best to add it before your sail date due to limited availability.

What happens to my luggage if I purchase the Late Checkout package?

To ensure your luggage is handled smoothly, please attach the Late Checkout tag(s) (provided onboard) to each piece of luggage and place it outside of your stateroom. Your luggage will be promptly collected and transferred to the terminal, allowing you to enjoy your extended time onboard without worry. You’ll receive a letter in your stateroom with full instructions and timing details.

Can I cancel when I get onboard?

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before disembarkation. To cancel, visit the Shore Excursions desk onboard for more details. 

Can I leave the ship and then return if I have the Late Checkout package?

No, you cannot leave the ship. Once you disembark re-entry to the ship is not permitted.
