They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line 2023 Marlins Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sponsor”).

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 12, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 24, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
This Sweepstakes consists of 62 daily drawings and one grand prize drawing. Each of the 62 daily drawings has a “Daily Entry Period” during which entries for the applicable daily prize must be received. The “Grand Prize Entry Period” runs for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Each Daily Entry Period has its own entry end date (deadline) and entrants will not be entered for a chance to win any prize after the end of its entry period (all as further described below in Section 6. Winner Selection & Notification). Non-winning entries for each daily drawing will not roll over to subsequent daily drawing entry periods. Each of the entries submitted within the 62 Daily Entry Periods will be submitted as one entry into the Grand Prize and collected during the duration of the Grand Prize Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, the MLB Entities (as defined herein) , their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs, which includes Marlins Teamco LLC (“Miami Marlins”) (collectively, “Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. To enter the Sweepstakes, (i) visit https://www.ncl.com/marlins during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address and phone number, and (ii) click “SUBMIT” to confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Next, click “Enter” to earn one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, and one (1) entry into the current Daily Entry Period’s drawing (if applicable).
Limit of one (1) entry per person into each Daily Prize drawing. Each eligible Daily Prize drawing entry constitutes one entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Maximum Grand Prize drawing entries per person is sixty-two (62).

Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds:
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize is available to be won, consisting of a 7-day cruise certificate for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest valid for sailings originating from the U.S. in a balcony stateroom (the “Grand Prize”).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00 USD.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Grand Prize Entry Period.Daily Prizes: Sixty Two (62) daily prizes are available to be won, each consisting of a $1,000.00 onboard credit on a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise ("Onboard Credit”)) (ARV: $1,000 each) and two (2) tickets for one (1) 2023 Miami Marlins regular season home game (or as otherwise determined in Miami Marlins discretion and set forth in these Official Rules), subject to availability and blackout dates (ARV: $40 each) (each, a “Daily Prize”). Please note that the Onboard Credit has no cash value and the Daily Prize is non-transferable. Limit one Daily Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
The ARV of each Daily Prize is $1,040; total ARV of Daily Prizes is $64,480.
Odds of winning a Daily Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period.Total ARV of all Prizes is $68,480.
Prize Conditions:
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners are responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specified herein.
No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are void if sold or exchanged for compensation.
All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize Winners must be able to accept the prizes as presented or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Grand Prize Conditions:
Grand Prize must be booked by December 31, 2023 and sailing must be completed by no later than December 31, 2024. Reservations and sailing are subject to terms and conditions, availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary on dates to be specified by Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
Daily Prize Conditions:
An entrant may win both the Grand Prize and a Daily Prize during the Sweepstakes Period, provided however that an entrant may only win one (1) Daily Prize during the Sweepstakes Period/2023 Marlins Season.
Prize Conditions for Onboard Credit: The Onboard Credit portion of the Daily Prize shall expire one (1) year from the award of entrant's Daily Prize winning entry. Onboard Credit must be used on one sailing by one (1) year after Onboard Credit is awarded to the Daily Prize winner and if unused by this date, the Onboard Credit otherwise expires. Administrator shall obtain Daily Prize winner's NCL Latitude number or provide Daily Prize winner with instructions to create a NCL Latitude Number. Once the NCL Latitude number is verified for the Daily Prize Winner, the Onboard Credit will be credited to the respective Daily Prize winner's NCL account. Onboard Credit may be used to make payment for any charges incurred onboard the sailing, such as bar and lounge purchases, gift shop purchases, etc. Onboard Credit may not be used for purchases off of the vessel or for service charges or casino charges. Onboard Credit is not transferable and has no cash value other than payment towards the Daily Prize winner's onboard account. There will be no refund or subsequent certificates issued for any unused portion of the Onboard Credit.
Prize Conditions for MLB Game Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the Ticket; see marlins.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Miami Marlins. Each Daily Prize winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her(their) jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any Daily Prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor, Miami Marlins and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Prize does not include any transportation or lodging.

Potential Winner Notification:
Administrator will contact all potential winners by email using the email address submitted by each potential winner at the time of entry.Grand Prize: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about September 25, 2023.
Daily Prizes: The potential Daily Prize winners will be notified on or about the dates specified in the Daily Entry Period, Drawing Date and Notification Date Schedule above.
Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each potential winner within twenty-four (24) hours of the Approximate Notification Date.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
Potential winners will become confirmed winners (each a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the means set forth above.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, "the Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize. Please note that the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the W-9 form. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with these Sweepstakes and for no other purpose.
Potential Daily Prize winners will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable) as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

Prize Delivery: Prizes will be awarded to each Winner within approximately thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period.
For fulfillment of the Marlins tickets, Administrator shall proceed as follows: (i) for Daily Prize winners from drawings from Daily Entry Period 1 through Daily Entry Period 53, such Daily Prize winners will be provided with a URL and unique code to use to redeem the Daily Prize of two (2) Marlins tickets for one (1) 2023 Marlins regular season home game; and (ii) for Daily Prize winners from drawings from Daily Entry Period 54 through Daily Entry Period 62, such Daily Prize winners will be directed by Administrator to the Miami Marlins Manager, Partnership Strategy and Events (or such designated Miami Marlins representative in Manager’s absence) to receive the unique code to use to redeem the Daily Prize of two (2) Marlins tickets for one (1) 2023 Marlins regular season home game or one (1) 2024 Marlins regular season home game.

Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranty:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, the MLB Entities, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection wit h (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt hiermit an, dass die freigestellten Parteien weder eine Garantie, Zusicherung oder Gewährleistung – ausdrücklich oder stillschweigend, tatsächlich oder gesetzlich – in Bezug auf einen Preis (oder dessen Bestandteile) abgegeben haben noch in irgendeiner Weise dafür verantwortlich oder haftbar sind. Soweit nicht durch geltendes Recht untersagt, werden die Preise „wie sie sind“ ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Garantie bereitgestellt. FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes entrants’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, each Winner’s name, city, state, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

Limitation of Liability:
Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide a prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Sweepstakes Website), any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

Disputes:
