Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-book, as availability onboard may be limited, and passes are not guaranteed once onboard. Guests who have not pre-booked may visit the Shore Excursion Desk during their sailing to check availability and purchase remaining passes, if available.

Tickets to Great Tides Waterpark will first be available for the August 31, 2026 sailing aboard Norwegian Luna, which visits Great Stirrup Cay on September 4, 2026, and for all sailings visiting Great Stirrup Cay thereafter.

Operating hours for Great Tides Waterpark vary based on sailing schedules and ship arrival/departure times. Guests will have plenty of time throughout the day to enjoy the park’s attractions and experiences. Specific operating hours will be advised onboard during your sailing.

You may modify or cancel Great Tides Waterpark reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival in port without penalty, unless otherwise noted in the activity description. For cancellation instructions, please visit the Shore Excursion Desk or follow the cancellation procedures provided with your reservation.

Tour operates rain or shine. In some cases, attractions or activities may be suspended or canceled if weather or local conditions make it unsafe to operate.

Guests should bring comfortable swimwear or beachwear, along with essentials such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and room key card. Please note that water shoes are not required.

Great Tides Waterpark is ADA accessible in accordance with North American ADA standards. 

Accessible walkways are provided throughout the park. The Wandering River is accessible by pool lift.

Slides and plunge pools are not subject to ADA requirements.

A limited number of cabanas are available for purchase at Great Tides Waterpark. Conveniently located near the slides and attractions, each cabana accommodates up to six guests. Cabana reservations include waterpark admission for up to six guests, one bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit basket, chips and salsa, one bottle of water per guest, towels, and bar service throughout the day.

Cabana reservations accommodate up to six guests aged 4 and older. Additional guests cannot be added to the reservation. Children ages 0–3 receive complimentary admission to the waterpark.

Free at Sea™ Shore Excursion credits may be used toward the purchase of a cabana at Great Tides Waterpark, which includes waterpark admission for up to six guests. However, these credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of admission tickets to Great Tides Waterpark.

Guests visiting Great Tides Waterpark are not permitted to bring certain personal items on the water slides for safety reasons. Restricted items may include phones, footwear, hats, and sunglasses on select attractions. Specific guidelines and requirements are posted at each slide entrance.

Yes, complimentary life jackets are available throughout Great Tides Waterpark on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are also welcome to bring their own U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Certified lifeguards are stationed throughout the waterpark for guest safety.
