Estela Farina
Managing Director, Brazil
Estela Farina is the Brazil managing director for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd., overseeing the sales strategies across the company's three brands, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. As the head of the company's operations in Brazil, she also provides training for travel agent partners by participating in road shows and hosting webinars.
Prior to championing the opening of the company's operations in Brazil in 2015, she owned her own travel service agency representing Norwegian Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises in the Brazilian market for more than 10 years. Her career spans a more than 25-year tenure within the travel and cruise industry.
Currently, she also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). Estela earned her degree in Interpretation and Translation from the Faculdade Ibero Americana and certified in marketing by Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).
