Inspired by the myriad of colorful fish native to the island, this tropical delight is sure to brighten up the start of your weekend. Typically served in a fishbowl-type glass, this eye-catching drink is garnished with fresh berries. Yum!

REBELLIOUS FISH

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Orange Liqueur
2 oz. Orange Juice
Sparkling Wine (for topping)

Garnish:

Fresh Berries

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake well, strain and pour into a 12 oz. highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
