Casinos at Sea offers credit lines for players who meet eligibility requirements. To apply for Casino credit, please fill out our online Casino Credit Application Form.

The minimum credit request is $5,000. Applications are processed 2-4 weeks prior to sailing. Email casinocredit@ncl.com or call 1 (877) 625-2094 for more details.

The credit application is processed in advance of the cruise with confirmation sent by email. Casinos at Sea will not run a hard credit enquiry on applicants, and only bases credit on player banking and gaming history as provided by third party agencies. Once approved, players must present a personal check to the Casino Cashier onboard the ship.

Front Money deposits for gaming are accepted in the forms of: cash, travellers checks, cashier checks, and wire transfers directly to Norwegian Cruise Line. All cashier checks require prior verification with a scanned copy sent to the Casino Credit team, and wire transfers must be sent no later than 2 working days prior to sailing. Win/Loss Statements

Any winnings over $10,000.00 may be issued to the player in a check or wired back to their bank account. All gaming is in US Dollars regardless of the location of the ship. Foreign currency may be exchanged at the Casino Cashier. Exchange rates apply.
 
All slot jackpots $1,200.00 and greater are subject to IRS reporting and a W-2G will be issued. Jackpots $1,200.00 and greater in Alaskan territorial waters will be subject US tax withholding for nationalities other than US in place of W-2G issuance.

Effective January 24th, 2019, Win/Loss requests have been automated to show your win/loss for play used on your Casino Players Club card. Please log into My NCL or click here for more info.

Important Notice: As of July 1, 2014, Gaming Vouchers and Table Game Chips will only be redeemable onboard the ship during the current cruise. Gaming Vouchers may be redeemed at any slot machine, designated cashier location or ticket redemption location onboard the ship. All tickets will be voided at cruise end and will not be refunded. Table Game Chips may be redeemed on future cruises as long as the chips series has not expired.
