Yes, guests can place calls to friends and family back home directly from their stateroom phone. Instructions on how to place an off-ship call, including dialing instructions and applicable rates, can be found in your stateroom.
To dial a:
- U.S. based number: Dial the area code followed by the phone number.
- International number: Dial 011, followed by the country code and phone number. A confirmation screen will appear displaying the applicable rate before the call is placed. The current rate for off-ship calling is $0.79 USD per minute to supported countries.
Please note: Off-ship calls can only be placed from your stateroom phone and are not available through the Norwegian Cruise Line app.
