Harrisons Cave Monkey Zip & Rum Tasting

OVERVIEW

Soar high above the ground on a series of zip lines and toast the adventure with a tasting of several Mount Gay rums. A short film will introduce you to the wonders of Barbados, none more magnificent than Harrison’s Cave, around which an eco-adventure park has been built. One of its most exhilarating aspects is the Monkey Zip, a series of zip lines, some more than 100 feet above the ground. Once you are harnessed in and step off the first elevated platform, you will race downhill at a speed sure to raise goose bumps. Each zipline will offer a different sort of adrenaline rush, ensuring that there will never be a dull moment. And what better way to celebrate than with a sampling of Mount Gay rums, a brand first distilled in 1703. The tasting room is in a museum that tells the story of Mount Gay and describes the distilling process in fascinating detail.
