No, but if you are in a balcony class or higher you can call to reqeust a coffee maker and supplies be brought to the room. Your room attendant will then keep the supplied refilled for the remainder of your cruise.

What's the dress code in the premium restaurants and the night libs?

Le Bistro and Tsar's Palace have the strictest dress codes which mean, men need to wear pants and collared shirts or sweaters. All the other sit-down restaurants require you to not to wear a swimsuit or any clothes with rips. The buffet just requires you to be wearing a cover-up and shoes.

You have the Spinnaker Lounge on Deck 13 Forward, with windows all around. Of course, there's lots of space outdoors - turn the sun deck into the glacier deck.

No. A club balcony is a suite in name only. It's really only a slightly larger balcony cabin. They used to be known as mini-suites.

The only shows that have an additional cost are dinner-theatre type shows which include a meal. All other shows are free.

Yes - all rooms have TVs at no additional cost. Most of the channels carry internal programming - only a few have regular entertainment. There is no way to plug in your own peripherals.
