Is there an age minimum for the Entourage Teen Club?

My daughter is 12, I'm wondering if she'll be allowed in the teen club.
Asked by: Jessiet
Yes. The child must be 13. I took my 12 year old grandson and he loved being in the 10-12 age group. Activities are geared to the age. And they can do as much or as little as they want

Is there wi-fi internet on the Joy?

Asked by: Genette
yes they have internet but they have a free one which is very bad and then you have to pay for the good internet but they only really have the free internet is because the link is on safari to get on the internet so that is just to let you log onto to the good internet

Does concierge class cabins offer free room service and same perks as suite guests?

Asked by: CruisingJoy
Yes. Concierge class is a higher level than Suites. The Haven is only higher. They pay the higher tips like Suites and Haven but have access to a few Concierge perks (they get breakfast and lunch in Cagneys- don't know if this is great or not). I think NCL has created a mess by keeping Concierge class but not offering all the perks originally available on the ship. The Solo suites on other ships have their own retreat but Joy is losing hers. I think they should have either given some access to Haven or made them Haven suites. They appear to be the same size from what little info is available. I also think it's wrong to have Suites and Concierge pay same tips as Haven if they aren't having access to a Butler.

Does/will Joy have Howl at the Moon? It's my favourite activity

Asked by: Mom910
The Joy is similar to other ships in the Breakaway class, but it is laid out somewhat differently. On the Breakaway, Bliss, and Escape the dueling pianos of Howl At The Moon share time with comedy shows in the Headliners Comedy Club on Deck 6. Since the Joy does not have a Headliners Club, it is unlikely that Howl At The Moon is included in the entertainment offerings.

Pool and hot tubs

How cold is the pool and how many hot tubs?
Asked by: Thekidfarm
We didn't get in the hot tubs, because they were barely warm, 88 degrees is not a HOT TUB!

Kids

Are there lots of kids running around?
Asked by: Thekidfarm
yes because on the newer ships like the encore bliss and joy they are very popular because of the race track and the laser tag and other stuff so all year round there are lots of kids but it is true there are not as many during school.

Are there specified dinner times for cruise guests?

Asked by: ptkids
You are cruising Freestyle. There are no assigned times or seats for dinner. Just as in a regular restaurant, you can go anytime the restaurant is open and the seating is on a first come first serve basis. The restaurants are usually open for dinner from around 5:30 PM to about 10 PM.

breakfast

What time do breakfast buffets open?
Asked by: Mlg144
The buffet area opens a small section with limited menu items at around 6 AM. The full buffet area will open by around 7 AM. The exact time the buffet opens varies on sea days and port days. The onboard newsletter will give you the exact hours for each restaurant on the ship.
