Any Restrictions On Specialty Dining Package?

Are there any restrictions on the "Specialty Dining" package on The Pearl, or can I use it to get a full dinner at any of the restaurants? Does the package apply at Cagney's, Le Bistro, and others- or are there added costs?

You can order as many appetizers, sides, or deserts as you like at any of the Specialty Restaurants. It is stated on the terms and conditions page, "All menu items on the Specialty Restaurants are included. Additional entree charges may apply." In the Free at Sea Terms and Conditions, it specifically states, "Specialty Dining Packages include one main course per person at Cagney's and Le Bistro restaurants." Unlimited starters and deserts is what makes the dining packages such a good deal, and through the Free at Sea program, even better.

What is the empty space aft of room 9127 on NCL Pearl

Also the empty space forward of room 8102. I'm trying to see if there is going to be excessive noise in our room.

The empty space is for crew access only. It is usually storage area for the cabin steward or crew corridors.

Room Service charge in The Haven?

I'm really frustrated trying to find all this info online. Do we pay the $7.95 convenience fee for room service while staying in The Haven, or is room service part of the butler/concierge that is included in Haven pricing?

I have a CPAP machine that uses distilled water. Can I bring a gallon bottle of distilled water on board for the machine?

If you're worried about bringing distilled water for your CPAP, you're priorities about vacationing are all messed up. Your humidifier does not require distilled water, and if you practice good hygienic methods and wipe out your humidifier each morning, everything will be fine. Do you really want to lug a gallon bottle of water around before you board the ship? What's more, distilled water is only recommended for CPAP machines over the long term, and there is not a requirement that you use distilled water. Now, focus on your cruise, and I hope you sleep well. Plain ol' bottled water is fine!

On a cruise ship, do you have to adhere to TSA regs and pack only a clear quart bag with liquids in small size containers?

Timing for Shore Excursions

Ship arrives at 1PM; excursion starts at 1:30. says that disembarkation starts 2 hours after docking, which implies we wouldn't get to the activity in time. Some excursions end 1/2 hr before departure. How much earlier do we need to be on the ship before it departs? This is unclear.

You are confusing the arrival time on embarkation day with the time to get on and off the ship at the ports. On embarkation day, you must have checked in at least 2 hours before sail time. At the port, you can disembark within 10-15 min after the ship docks. You have to be back on the ship at least an hour before departure time. If you book an excursion through NCL, you don't have to worry about the times. They will pick you up and drop you back on time.

Usually when you purchase jewelry onboard the ship they give you warranty instructions along with phone # and address for the company. You can try emailing NCL directly and checking with them on the contact details for the company. NCL customer support (Contact Us) page has the email addresses.

Are there gluten-free and keto diet choices?

NCL offers the following meal options at the time of reservation - Salt Free Diet, Sugar Free Diet, Low Cholesterol Meals, Vegetarian Meals, Kosher Meals. You can always call NCL and add them to your reservation. If you have any other special dietary requirements contact NCL about a month in advance and inform them about the dietary requirements. Follow up with NCL a week before the cruise as a reminder. Once on board, contact the restaurant manager to ensure that they are aware of it.
