I agree that these questions should be answered by Norwegian staff personal, not past customers. Especially questions concerning closed options on your planned cruise. We are cruising soon and will be really disappointed if all of what they promise on board is not available. The fact they are closed should be prominently divulged to any one considering a cruise before the customer commits. Very unprofessional policy...

Is there water available to drink in each cabin or is it safe to drink the tap water?

It is certainly safe to drink the tap water. If you prefer, you can get bottled (actually, boxed) water. Sign into NCL.com and go to your reservation. Under Explore and Plan click Beverage Packages.

There may be a hair dryer but no iron or ironing boards. You may have laundering/pressing/drycleaning services for a fee.

will all the complementary dining options be open or will some still be closed

i see that there currently at least 5 dining options that are temporarily closed... will they be opening soon? Still paying full price for the cruise but if they are closed, I am not getting everything I am paying for.

When I went in May 2022 only 2 premium dining options were available but we did not mind at all. We found the buffet to be excellent and there was never a line. We liked being able to get our food quickly and being able to go back for seconds when we wanted.

Pier 2 Cruise Terminal, 521 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96813 This is close to Waikiki Beach (10-15 minutes and there are several hotels/resorts in the area.

What is ship access when docked at overnight ports?

While docked at port in Kahuli, Maui, and Nawiliwili, Kauai, what is the access like to enter or leave the ship? Is the gate or gangway open at all times or does it close, say from 11pm until 6am? Those times are simply random examples. We're travelling July 15-22, 2023. Thank you!

Yesterday I was in my reservation account and saw the opportunity to bid on upgrades to larger rooms. Today i do not see that opportunity. How do I access that opportunity again.
