7 of the restaurants on the Pride of America are listed as temporarily closed, when are they scheduled to open

I checked with the NCL on chat and was informed that for my cruise in September of 2023 that all of the specialty restaurants, with the exception of the Sushi Bar, would be open.

No casinos and even Bingo is not for sure. I was told as of today 11/12/23 the shows are being "revamped ".

lactose Free Ice Cream

Is lactose free ice cream available on the Pride of America??

Probably not. It wasn't offered on the Bliss or Sun. They did have soy, almond and lactose free milk at the buffet, you have to ask for it. I used lactase tablets (brand name Lact Aid) to eat ice cream, cheese & sour cream dishes.

Is there water available to drink in each cabin or is it safe to drink the tap water?

It is certainly safe to drink the tap water. If you prefer, you can get bottled (actually, boxed) water. Sign into NCL.com and go to your reservation. Under Explore and Plan click Beverage Packages.

There may be a hair dryer but no iron or ironing boards. You may have laundering/pressing/drycleaning services for a fee.

What is ship access when docked at overnight ports?

While docked at port in Kahuli, Maui, and Nawiliwili, Kauai, what is the access like to enter or leave the ship? Is the gate or gangway open at all times or does it close, say from 11pm until 6am? Those times are simply random examples. We're travelling July 15-22, 2023. Thank you!
