There are qualifying sessions throughout the cruise. A round is equivalent to both players have played for each entry purchased. Both scores of each team player will be added together. Top 6 combined scores will play on the finals (schedule is ship specific posted in the casino) for the prize of $500.

Each round will consist of 2 - 6 players to play. (based on 6 machines used) Each member of the team must play on a separate round. To make it more fun Dynamic Duos must have a team name either made up or real. Example: Thelma & Louise, Jack & Jill, Adam & Eve, Batman & Robin etc. Dynamic Duo may wear a costume of their choice. Prior to commencement of a round, players will be advised to attempt to score as high as they can, in order to not only place in the Top 6, but to remain on the winner's board. The higher a player can score the more chance they have at remaining on the winner's board.

Players who choose to play single (no team mates) are eligible to join. They will play two rounds and both scores are to be combined as well. The entry fee is similar for two players.

Machine selection is random but both members can only play on the same machine. A team can sign up as many times as they wish with the highest combined round score made only on that day to advance provided their score is higher than the lowest (6th place) score displayed on the winner's board. A round is equivalent to one game each team player will play (total of two games) in an assigned color round; OR two games in the case of a single player.

At the conclusion of the first game in a round, scores will be collected following the game of the second member. (same player for single players) Both scores will then be added together and there can only be ONE round winner. This is the team with the highest amount of combined credits earned on this round.

In the event of a tie situation, with two or more teams finishing the round with the same amount of credits, there will be a tie breaking round. Tie breaking round is similar to any other round consist of two games. (each player must play) A single player would need to play two games as well. The team with the highest combined score made on this round wins and will carry the original score made prior to the "play off" round. Example: There are three combined scores of 23,500 at the end of a round, a tie breaking round will be held for these players . At the conclusion of the tie breaking round one team achieved the highest total combined score of 50,000, this team wins but will only carry the original score of 23,500. Scores made during the play off does not count towards the leaderboard but is only used to determine the winner of the previous round. Similarly, if a team wins a round with the same credits as that of a prior round winner, then they will also be placed in the Top 6 on the winner's board (There is no 'play off' at that time)
