Then explore the dramatic reef formations of Palancar, home to tropical fish and unforgettable underwater views. Your final destination: El Cielo—Cozumel’s legendary sandbar sanctuary. HELPFUL HINTS

• Dress in weather-appropriate clothing with a swimsuit underneath.
• Bring a towel and reef-safe sunscreen.
• Wear flat comfortable walking shoes. Water shoes are recommended.

Need to Know:

Note: Guests must be at least 6 years old to board the vessel. Participants must be between 8 and 75 years of age for snorkeling. Maximum weight 240 lbs. Beach club amenities include full access to the beach area and the activities program by the beach. Access to beach chairs is available on a first-come, first served basis. Round-trip transportation between the port and the park may be provided by bus or taxi. Transportation for the snorkel experience will be provided by catamaran. Guests will board and disembark directly from the water at KUZÁ, where the water depth is approximately 1.30 meters, with a short 10 to 20-meter walk through the water required to access the Catamaran. Activities are weather-dependent and may be modified or canceled based on sea or wind conditions. Beach water clarity can vary throughout the year. Seaweed presence may be expected due to seasonal changes. The beach at some locations features rocky areas. In case of adverse weather, the sailing will be canceled and alternative options within the park will be provided. The El Cielo experience is shared with other groups. Tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or others with limited mobility. Guests must be able to swim and walk short distances, and a waiver is required to participate. Participants should be in moderate to good physical condition, comfortable swimming, and able to use snorkel gear. Guests who are pregnant or have asthma, respiratory, heart conditions, recent surgeries (within the last 6 months), diabetes, hypertension, claustrophobia, epilepsy or pace markers or other medical concerns should not participate. Bring towel from the ship. The use of Reef-safe Sunscreen is strongly encouraged. A signed waiver is required for participation. Smoking is not allowed in the park. Wearing a life jacket on board the vessel is mandatory. All minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For guests’ safety and well-being, all food restrictions and allergies must be reported in advance. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited before participating in zipline, waterpark, buggy or non-motorized water activities.
