While enjoying this old Key West ambiance, you will observe the chefs making signature dishes that Bahamian, Cuban and Caribbean cuisines have inspired. You will be given the recipes for each dish so you can easily follow along and later prepare the meals yourself at home. Although the exact menu will depend on the season and which local ingredients are freshest, you can expect a bountiful meal of time-honored dishes that are Key West favorites. To enhance the experience, the chefs will tell entertaining stories about everything from Aunt Sally – who supposedly invented key lime pie – to how the early islanders harvested sea salt to preserve their food.
