1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including DC. Employees of NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. ("NCL"), NCL America Inc. (together with NCL the "Sponsor") and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies together with their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same households as any of those employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion. מבצע זה לא תקף במקומות שבהם הוא אסור על פי החוק.

2. ENTRY: This promotion begins at 6:00 am ET on 8/23/2012 and ends at Midnight ET on 11/30/2012 (the "Promotion Period"). 3. PRIZES:

(a) One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize is a cruise certificate good for choice of one Norwegian Cruise Line 7-day cruise for two (2) in an oceanview stateroom. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Approximate retail value of prize is $4,000. If actual value is less than stated ARV, difference will not be awarded. ARV is based on average of pricing currently available. The prize must be fully redeemed, meaning travel must be completed by date on certificate, or winner will forfeit prize. Winners must travel on dates specified by Sponsors, or may forfeit prize.

(b) The prize winners will be notified by e-mail or phone (eligibility is subject to verification) by 12/15/2012. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner after reasonable effort, or failure of potential winner to respond within three days of first attempted notification, will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.

4. PRIZE WINNERS:

(a) A winner's travel companion must be 18 years of age or older, or if the companion is a minor, the winner must be such minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.

(b) Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness by Sponsor for purposes of advertising, editorial and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
