• Wear swimwear, bring a towel, and use reef-safe sunscreen.
• Bring a waterproof camera to capture your stingray encounter.
• Wear water shoes or sandals suitable for boarding the boat and entering the water.

Need to Know:

Note: Guests must be able to climb up and down a ladder to enter and exit the water from the boat. This tour is not recommended for guests using wheelchairs, and those with limited mobility may find boarding and water entry challenging. Restroom facilities are available onboard the vessel. Wildlife interactions take place in a natural environment, and animal behavior may vary. Tour timing and routing may be adjusted due to weather or sea conditions. No shoes or gloves are allowed at Stingray City Sandbar. Guests of all ages are welcome to participate. Children must be accompanied and held by their parents or guardians while in the water. Older adults are welcome to join as long as they are able to safely board and disembark the boat using the stairs. While children and infants are permitted, we do not recommend this excursion for very young children or infants.
