Free tastings are also part of this fun experience. Continue on to the islands only working perfumery “Tijon” where you’ll receive a guided tour on the French fine art of traditional perfume making. A Master Perfumer will reveal the secrets of perfume creation. Peruse the small fragrance museum and request product samples.

Next is the highlight of the tour, a French Caribbean cooking demonstration at Grand Case Restaurant. Grand Case is also known as the Caribbean Culinary Capital. A reputable French chef will demonstrate several cooking methods and recipes typical of the French Caribbean. Using local ingredients and spices of the region, a variety of dish samples will be created for you to try in a picturesque ocean setting on one of the most beautiful beaches in St. Martin. You’ll have approximately an hour to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. Traveling to Orient Bay lookout point, hailed as the "French Riviera of the Caribbean" time permitting you can take a photo of the panoramic scenes which includes St Bart’s.
