Need to Know:

Note: This tour is not suitable for guests using wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. Participants must be between 8 and 70 years old, weigh no more than 240 lbs (109 kg), and know how to swim. Pregnant guests and those with back, neck, heart, respiratory, asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy-related conditions should not participate. Boarding the pontoon is via a dock, and while the boat offers shaded seating, there are no restroom facilities onboard; restrooms are available prior to embarkation and at the beach club. The itinerary may vary depending on weather and lagoon conditions.
