Yes, so you won’t need to wait in line at the Guest Services Desk! The digital refund is for the refundable credits tied to your current cruise available to you after your voyage. Sometimes, we aren't able to send the money back to your original form of payment. To make sure you still receive it safely and quickly, we've set up a digital refund option. If you have not received a refund link in 10 working days after your debark day, please reach out to epayouts@refund.nclcorp.com.
