If NCL issues a refund digitally, what refund method options can I choose from?
After your voyage, if you are due a refund, you will receive an email from noreply@refunds.nclcorp.com where you can complete everything right from your phone or computer. Once you start the process and select your country, you'll see the refund methods available to you. These may include sending the funds straight to your bank account or debit card. Options vary depending on your country and the currency you choose. If you have not received a refund link in 10 working days after your debark day, please reach out to epayouts@refund.nclcorp.com.
