Can I cancel a courtesy hold?

Yes. You can call in, or chat in, to cancel or let the hold expire without penalty. No charges are incurred unless you finalize the booking with a deposit or full payment and are within the penalty period.

Deposits are refundable up to the applicable deadline-typically 90+ days before sailing. Any credit-card pre-authorizations onboard are released per your bank's policy and settle at cruise end. CH won't have any payments/authorizations
