Get to Know the All-New Norwegian Aqua

Norwegian Aqua officially sets sail in 2025, and this beauty will be the most spacious new cruise ship at sea. Aqua is the latest evolution in our Prima Class, and the first in our “Prima Plus” Class. The stunning ship will unveil the world's first hybrid coaster, our first-ever Three-Bedroom Duplex Suites, an innovative “glowing” sports complex, and an impressive slate of bars & restaurants.

Norwegian Aqua Introduces Even More Space

Norwegian Aqua was crafted by renowned Italian shipbuilder, Fincantieri. Expanding on the award-winning design of Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, Fincantieri built Aqua with 10 percent more size and capacity and more outdoor space. The impressive vessel will also offer the highest staffing levels of any new contemporary cruise ship.

Nothing beats sailing over the ocean as you relax in the sunshine, and Norwegian Aqua has this tradition covered in spades. For the first time in NCL history, guests can spread their wings in spacious day beds at the main pool deck. Aqua’s breathtaking infinity edge pool is also equipped with expanded seating, creating an unforgettable, “floating on the ocean” feeling.  Over at the adults-only Vibe Beach Club, the space is bigger and the seating more plentiful. This is one of the best places on board to grab a cocktail and some rays (but, you may never want to leave).

Groundbreaking Hull Art

NCL is proud to present a mural from our hull artist, Allison Hueman. World-renowned for her street art and global brand collaborations with Nike, L'Oreal and Google, Hueman's distinctive style has been described as ethereal realism. The design she created for Norwegian Aqua's, entitled "Where the Sky Meets the Sea," evokes modern mythology through colorful representations of sea and sky.

Norwegian Aqua's Itineraries

After making her transatlantic voyage from Italy to the U.S., Norwegian Aqua will begin regular sailings to Bermuda from New York City and to The Caribbean from Port Canaveral and Miami. Voyages include calls to idyllic tropical destinations like Dominican Republic, the British Virgin Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands; Belize, Mexico and Great Stirrup Cay - NCL’s private island in the Bahamas.
