This pig is used to make the delicious sobrasada (a cured raw sausage), which you will taste together with a sampling of local wine. Afterward, you’ll return to your ship with a stop to the local pearl factory to learn about Mallorca pearls, where you will also have time to browse and perhaps make a purchase.
