OVERVIEW

Travel along an immensely scenic highway into the wilds of the Yukon Territory and return on a narrow-gauge railway built to transport prospectors during the Klondike Gold Rush. The drive will take you past majestic mountain peaks and alpine lakes, across the Canadian border, through the White Pass and on into the untamed Yukon. The natural beauty will be breathtaking the entire way. After pausing for a hearty lunch at Wild Adventure Yukon, you can stretch your legs by browsing a wildlife museum, a sled dog musher’s village and the world’s smallest desert. You will also have time to explore pristine Lake Bennett and the abandoned town of Fraser before boarding the White Pass & Yukon Route railway, the aptly named “Scenic Railway of the World.” On the descent through the mountains, you will pass natural wonders that include Bridal Veil Falls, Inspiration Point and Dead Horse Gulch.
