1. Agreement

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules“) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter theNorwegian Cruise Line Month of Tomorrows Sweepstakes(the ”Sweepstakes”) sponsored byNorwegian Cruise Line(the “Sponsor“).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator“). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET“) on January 29, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 29, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period“). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the continental United States of America who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the continental United States of America and wherever else prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

4. How to Enter

To participate, you must have a valid Facebook account, a valid and public Instagram account or a valid and public TikTok account.

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, every Tuesday and Thursday, a Sweepstakes challenge (a “Challenge”) will be posted to Norwegian Cruise Line’s Facebook page, Instagram page, and TikTok page (each, a “Challenge Post”).

There will be a total of eight (8) Challenges and eight (8) Challenge Posts per social network throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each Challenge Post will be posted at or about the same time to each social network and will include the hashtags #NCLTomorrows and feature a specific Challenge that entrants can complete to earn an entry into the Sweepstakes. The Challenges will require entrants to create a submission by following the instructions on the Challenge Post, taking a photo or recording a video of themselves completing the Challenge (each, a “Submission”) and uploading the Submission to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok as detailed below:

a) Facebook Entry: during the Sweepstakes Period, login to your Facebook account and visit Norwegian Cruise Line’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Norwegiancruiseline. Locate a Challenge Post and follow the instructions outlined in the Challenge Post to create a Submission. Next, navigate to the applicable Challenge Post and post your Submission in the comments of the Challenge Post to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, a “Facebook Entry” and collectively, “Facebook Entries”). There is a limit of one (1) Facebook Entry per Challenge per person, for a total limit of eight (8) Facebook Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

b) Instagram Entry: during the Sweepstakes Period, login to your Instagram account, visit Norwegian Cruise Line’s Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/norwegiancruiseline and follow the @norwegiancruiseline account. Next, locate a Challenge Post and follow the instructions outlined in the Challenge Post to create a Submission. Once you have prepared a Submission for the applicable Challenge, upload the Submission to your Instagram account and in the caption, tag @norwegiancruiseline and include the hashtags #NCLTomorrows and #sweepstakes to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, an “Instagram Entry” and collectively, “Instagram Entries”). There is a limit of one (1) Instagram Entry per Challenge per person, for a total limit of eight (8) Instagram Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

c) TikTok Entry: during the Sweepstakes Period, login to your TikTok account, visit Norwegian Cruise Line’s TikTok page at https://www.tiktok.com/@norwegiancruiseline and follow the @norwegiancruiseline account. Next, locate a Challenge Post and follow the instructions outlined in the Challenge Post to create a Submission. Once you have prepared a Submission for the applicable Challenge, upload the Submission to your TikTok account and in the caption, tag @norwegiancruiseline and include the hashtags #NCLTomorrows and #sweepstakes to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each, a “TikTok Entry” and collectively, “TikTok Entries”). There is a limit of one (1) TikTok Entry per Challenge per person, for a total limit of eight (8) TikTok Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn bonus entries in the Grand Prize drawings after submitting a valid Facebook Entry, Instagram Entry, and/or TikTok Entry during the sweepstakes period by visiting https://www.ncl.com/different-tomorrows and following the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (the “Bonus Entry Form”). You will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, and your Facebook handle, Instagram handle, and/or TikTok handle. By submitting the Bonus Entry Form, each entrant will earn:

(i) one (1) bonus Facebook Entry if he/she submitted a valid Facebook Entry during the Sweepstakes Period;

(ii) one (1) bonus Instagram Entry if he/she submitted a valid Instagram Entry during the Sweepstakes Period; and

(iii) one (1) bonus TikTok Entry if he/she submitted a valid TikTok Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Please note: you must provide your applicable Facebook, Instagram or TikTok handle on the Bonus Entry Form in order to receive the respective Facebook, Instagram or TikTok bonus entry.

By entering the Sweepstakes, and tagging your entry with #NCLTomorrows and #sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entries that do not include all required information and adhere to these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be considered void. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, remove, delete and/or disqualify any entry and/or entrant it deems inappropriate or otherwise not in compliance with the Submission Guidelines (as described below).

Submission Guidelines: Submissions must be consistent with the Sweepstakes theme and the applicable Challenge theme. Submissions may not:

(i) contain material that violates, infringes or otherwise misappropriates the rights of any third party (including trademark rights, copyrights, and rights of publicity);

(ii) improperly or incorrectly suggest that Sponsor endorses, or is affiliated with any entrant or any third party;

(iii) disparage or demean Sponsor or Sweepstakes Parties;

(iv) contain materials embodying the first or last names or likeness identifying any person without permission;

(v) be indecent, obscene, hateful, offensive, tortious, defamatory, or libelous;

(vi) be sexually explicit; profane, pornographic or contain nudity;

(vii) promote alcohol, drugs, tobacco, violence, or firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); or

(viii) contain material that is unlawful in any way.

Any Submission that violates any of the foregoing restrictions, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, shall be void and will not be considered in the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, entrant represents that he/she has obtained all necessary permissions to feature any identifiable third parties that appears in the entry. If requested, entrants must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor.

By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that your Entry and each Entry submitted is original to you, that the Entry has not been previously published, has not won previous awards and that neither it nor its contents infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including any copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove and/or disqualify any entry that it finds unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules, all in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void.

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds

Grand Prize:Three (3) grand prizes are available to be won, each consisting of: (a) one (1) seven (7) day Norwegian Cruise Line cruise for two (2) (prize winner and a guest) in a balcony stateroom valid for applicable sailings (see restrictions below) with (b) a Two Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$2,000.00) stipend to cover travel and accommodations (collectively, a “Grand Prize”).

The ARV of each Grand Prize is $6,000.00 USD. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $18,000.00 USD.

The Grand Prizes will be allocated as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded from among all eligible Facebook Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded from among all eligible Instagram Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded from among all eligible TikTok Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Facebook Entries, Instagram Entries and TikTok Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize Conditions:

All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners are responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specified herein.

No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are void if sold or exchanged for compensation.

All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of prizes under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Each prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value. Prize excludes air transportation, ground transportation, shore excursions and other personal expenditures. No promotions are combinable under this program. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to prizes are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize winner.

Reservations and sailing are subject to terms and conditions, availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor.

Grand Prize cruise sailings must embark on or before December 14, 2024. Blackout dates include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. March 1, 2024 to April 7, 2024
2. June 2, 2024 to September 1, 2024
3. November 17, 2024 to November 27, 2024

Not valid for voyages on any Prima class ship, including, but not limited to, Norwegian Prima, Norwegian Viva or Norwegian Aqua or for voyages on Pride of America that sail through Hawaii.

Changes or cancellations made less than one-hundred-twenty (120) days from original sailing date will result in a forfeiture of the cruise. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary on dates to be specified by Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited. Each Grand Prize winner’s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each Grand Prize winner must be able to accept the prizes as presented or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of prizes are final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Ships’ Registry: Bahamas and United States of America. Prizes are not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Administrator will select all potential winners in random drawings conducted at Administrator’s offices. Administrator’s decisions are final.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Facebook Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about March 1, 2024.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Instagram Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about March 1, 2024.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible TikTok Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about March 1, 2024.

Potential Winner Notification: Administrator will contact all potential winners by email using the email address submitted by each potential winner at the time of entry.

The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified on or about March 1, 2024 (the “Approximate Notification Date”). Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact each potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the Approximate Notification Date.

If any potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.

Potential winners will become confirmed winners (each a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the means set forth above.

The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, the “Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

Please note that each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the W-9 form. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with these Sweepstakes and for no other purpose.

All Releases must be received by Administrator by the date provided in the respective notifications. If any potential winner cannot: (a) be contacted after two attempts, (b) fails to respond and/or to provide any of the requested Releases within the required time period, (c) is otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Rules, (d) declines to or cannot accept the prize to be awarded, or (e) fails to satisfactorily meet the requirements as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, he/she will be disqualified and will no longer be eligible for a chance to win a prize.

No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Prize Delivery: Sponsor will coordinate the prizes with each Winner within approximately thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranty

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection wit h (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.

In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of entrant hereunder, or (ii) entrant’s possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize (or any components thereof) and that, except as prohibited by applicable law, prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:

California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes entrants’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, each Entrant’s entries (inclusive of each Entrant’s Facebook Entries, Instagram Entries, and TikTok Entries), name, city, state, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

9. General

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor's sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

10. Limitation of Liability

Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide a prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Sweepstakes Website), any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

11. Disputes

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.

Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that (i) any and all such disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; (iv) they waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (v) they irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts, as applicable to each such entrant, and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have; and (vi) if any provision of these Official Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable, and that in any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, and these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above, as the case may be.

12. Privacy

Information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, notifying and verifying potential winners, and fulfilling prizes. Entrants also agree that their submissions may be featured on Sponsor’s social media account pages.

Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.

For a list of the winners, including first name, last initial, and state of residence (available after March 7, 2024), send an email to help@raven5.com with subject line: Norwegian Cruise Line Month of Tomorrows Sweepstakes Winners List Request. All requests must be received no later than April 30, 2024.
