Agreement
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line Escape to the Great Life Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 29, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America, the District of Columbia (“DC”), Puerto Rico (“PR”) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children), and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the fifty (50) United States of America, DC, PR, Canada (excluding Quebec) and where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter
Entrants can learn about this Sweepstakes from 1) scanning a QR code placed on various doors around Miami, Florida and New York, New York, 2) filling out their information on lead generation forms at Hatch Doors (activations), or 3) going to the Sweepstakes landing page set forth below to see the Sweepstakes and fill out the entry form.
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://www.ncl.com/great-stirrup-cay during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address and a valid phone number, and acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy). Optionally, you may check the box to consent to receive email marketing and/or telephone marketing communications from the Sponsor. Next, click “Submit” to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
Grand Prizes: Two hundred and fifty (250) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize” and collectively, “Grand Prizes”) are available to be won, each consisting of balcony accommodations for the winner and one (1) guest (who must be twenty-one [21] years of age or older) aboard Norwegian Getaway for a four (4)-night Bahamas: Great Stirrup Cay & Nassau roundtrip sailing, departing from Miami, Florida, on August 10, 2026. Prize includes voyage fare, taxes, fees, the More At Sea package, and service charges for the winner and one (1) guest.
The ARV of each Grand Prize is US $1,900.00. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $475,000.00 USD.
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize Conditions
Prize excludes air transportation, ground transportation, shore excursions and other personal expenditures. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner of such prize. In accepting a prize, Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) on the prize and all costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a Grand Prize, including, without limitation, airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transfers, surcharges, service charges, meals, food, beverages, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, medical/health expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, and all other personal expenses and incidentals.
Due to the nature of the prizes, Grand Prize winners must be able to attend the Norwegian Getaway sailing, departing from Miami, Florida on August 10, 2026. If any Grand Prize winner is unable to attend the Norwegian Getaway sailing on the dates specified herein, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety with no replacement. All guests must have reached twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to signing the requisite Liability and Publicity Releases in order to accompany Grand Prize winners on the Norwegian Getaway sailing.
All Grand Prize winners and guests must abide by all Sponsor’s policies and terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Norwegian Cruise Line Guest Ticket Contract, which outlines the terms of carriage, conduct requirements, and other applicable rules and policies. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prizes from any Grand Prize winner or guest who it deems, in its sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any policy or law, or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute.
All details and other restrictions of the Grand Prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of prizes under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Grand Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. The Grand Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value.
No promotions are combinable under this program. Grand Prize is for balcony-level stateroom; stateroom upgrades will not be provided by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any local hotel stays due to airline layovers or missed flights. Grand Prize Winners who are residents of the U.S. will receive an IRS 1099-Misc form from Sponsor at the value of One Thousand and Nine Hundred U.S. Dollars (US $1,900.00). All other expenses not specified herein with respect to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners must be able to accept the prizes as presented or the respective prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of the Grand Prizes are final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Ships’ Registry: Bahamas and United States of America. Changes or cancellations made less than one-hundred-twenty (120) days from original sailing date will result in a forfeiture of the prize.

Winner Selection & Notification
Administrator will select all potential Grand Prize winners in a random drawing conducted at Administrator’s offices. Administrator’s decisions are final.
Two hundred and fifty (250) potential Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 4, 2025. Administrator will contact the potential Grand Prize winners by email using the email address submitted by each potential winner at the time of entry.
Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about September 4, 2025. Administrator will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact each potential Grand Prize winner within five (5) business days of initial notification.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days of the initial notification, after three attempts (including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable), he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize). In such case, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner.
Each potential winner will become a confirmed and verified winner (a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable prize.
Each potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) business days of the initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where allowable), and, as applicable, an IRS W-9 form (for U.S. residents) or an IRS W-8BEN form (for non-U.S. residents) (collectively, "the Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize. Please note that each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number or foreign tax identification number (as applicable) on the W-9/W-8BEN form. Sponsor will only use information from the IRS W-9/W-8BEN form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes and for no other purpose. In addition, each potential winner who is a resident of Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance in order to become a Winner.
All Releases must be received by Administrator by the date provided in the respective notifications. If any potential winner cannot: (a) be contacted within seven (7) business days after the initial notification, after three attempts, (b) fails to respond and/or to provide any of the requested Releases within the required time period, (c) is ineligible or otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Rules, (d) declines to or cannot accept the prize to be awarded, or (e) fails to satisfactorily meet the requirements as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, he/she will be disqualified and will no longer be eligible for a chance to win a prize. Any prizes not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will be forfeited and will not be awarded to any other individual.
No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranty
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.
In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of entrant hereunder, or (ii) entrant’s possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize (or any components thereof) and that, except as prohibited by applicable law, prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extend to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes Winners’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, his/her first and last name, the city and state or province in which he/she resides, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

General
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor's sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize by random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification in accordance with these Official Rules.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

Limitation of Liability
Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide a prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages, any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

Disputes
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that (i) any and all such disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; (iv) they waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (v) they irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts, as applicable to each such entrant, and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have; and (vi) if any provision of these Official Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable, and that in any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, and these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above, as the case may be.

Personal information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes to notify and verify the Winners, and to fulfill prizes, as well as for marketing communications if the entrant has opted in to receive such correspondence.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor, Sponsor may send you news, updates and promotional offers via email and/or telephonic communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
All personal information will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law.
US Residents: By providing your telephone number, you consent to receive communications (calls and text messages) from Sponsor and its affiliates about our products, services, and promotions. You consent that such (1) communications may be sent using automatic dialing equipment and/or include prerecorded messages and (2) communications from us are not “unsolicited” for purposes of applicable law. Importantly, be aware that your service provider may charge you for these communications in accordance with your service plan between you and your current telephone provider.
