Agreement:
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line x Steve Trevino Military Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2023 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and active United States Military members, veterans, Military spouses, or surviving spouses of Military members of the following United States Military branches: (a) the Army, (b) the Marine Corps, (c) the Navy, (d) the Air Force, (e) the Space Force, (f) the Coast Guard, or (g) the National Guard at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the fifty (50) United States of America, DC and wherever else prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, (i) visit https://www.ncl.com/military-sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, a valid email address and phone number, and (ii) check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Next, click “Enter” to earn one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.

Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds:
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of:
- (a) roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest departing from a major airport located near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York on Saturday September 30, 2023;
- (b) two (2) tickets to Steve Trevino: America’s Favorite Husband Tour at Town Hall, New York, New York on Saturday, September 30, 2023 (includes hotel stay booked by Sponsor for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from September 30, 2023 to October 1, 2023); and
- (c) a 7-night cruise for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest on Norwegian Escape, sailing from New York City, New York from October 1, 2023 to October 8, 2023 (includes ground transfer from hotel to cruise port for embarkation).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,950.00 USD.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.Grand Prize Conditions:
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specified herein.
No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are void if sold or exchanged for compensation. If Grand Prize Winner resides in the New York area such that airfare is not appropriate, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute alternative transportation and no cash differential will be provided.
All details and other restrictions of the Grand Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of Grand Prize under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Grand Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value.
Travel, along with hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest, to be booked by Sponsor following verification of Grand Prize Winner. Due to the nature of the prize, Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must be available to travel between the departure and return dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Grand Prize winner must be able to accept the Grand Prize as presented or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Reservations and sailing are subject to terms and conditions, availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor. Prize excludes post sailing ground transfer, government taxes, fuel supplements, service charges, shore excursions, post sailing hotel stay and other personal expenditures. No promotions are combinable under this program. The onboard service charges must be pre-paid under this program. Grand Prize is for balcony-level stateroom; stateroom upgrades will not be provided by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any local hotel stays due to airline layovers or missed flights. Grand Prize Winner must be an adult twenty-one (21) years or older. Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS 1099-Misc form from Administrator at the value of Four Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $4,000.00). All other expenses not specified herein with respect to prizes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Changes or cancellations made less than one-hundred-twenty (120) days from original sailing date will result in a forfeiture of the cruise.
Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of the Grand Prize is final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Ships’ Registry: Bahamas and United States of America. No individual (including any Guest) under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked unless accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years or older. Prizes are not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Administrator will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing conducted at Administrator’s offices. Administrator’s decisions are final.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about June 2, 2023. Administrator will contact the potential Grand Prize winner by email using the email address submitted by the potential winner at the time of entry.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about June 2, 2023. Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification date.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within ninety-six (96) hours of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
The potential winner will become a confirmed and verified winner (a “Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow: 1) Winner shall verify that he/she has signed up with Sponsor’s Military Appreciation Program which is administered by Id.me (link to sign-up and verify registration with Military Appreciation program is www.ncl.com/military); and 2) Sponsor/Administrator shall receive verification that Winner qualifies as being twenty-one (21) years of age or older and an active United States Military member, veteran, Military spouse, or surviving spouse of Military members of the following United States Military branches: (a) the Army, (b) the Marine Corps, (c) the Navy, (d) the Air Force, (e) the Space Force, (f) the Coast Guard, or (g) the National Guard. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected by the means set forth above.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, within ninety-six (96) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, "the Releases") as a condition of acceptance of a prize. Please note that the potential Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the W-9 form. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with these Sweepstakes and for no other purpose.
All Releases must be received by Administrator by the date provided in the respective notifications. If any potential winner cannot: (a) be contacted after two attempts, (b) fails to respond and/or to provide any of the requested Releases within the required time period, (c) is otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Rules, (d) declines to or cannot accept the prize to be awarded, or (e) fails to satisfactorily meet the requirements as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, he/she will be disqualified and will no longer be eligible for a chance to win a prize.
No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warrantys:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.
In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of entrant hereunder, or (ii) entrant’s possession, use or misuse of any prize or component thereof. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize (or any components thereof) and that, except as prohibited by applicable law, prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extend to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes entrants’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, Winner’s name, city, state, and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.

General:
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor's sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize by random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.

Limitation of Liability:
Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide a prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Sweepstakes Website), any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties.

Disputes:
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that (i) any and all such disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; (iv) they waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (v) they irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts, as applicable to each such entrant, and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have; and (vi) if any provision of these Official Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable, and that in any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, and these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above, as the case may be.

Privacy:
Information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.ncl.com/about-us/privacy-policy and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, notifying and verifying potential winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.

Requests must be received no later than July 31, 2023.
